1. Problems with annotations

   Whenever I attempt to save file in another app or location it saves the file but without all my additional typing I added. This seems to only happen at times. When documents do This, even printing the docs the added annotations do not show. When you go to print all the added info disappears. I have had documents that I have had info and I was able to retain info in document. The file I am currently trying to print and or send to my one drive is extremely important so I’m a little frustrated that it does not work. I am providing screen shots so you can see when printing or sending doc to another app or location.that certain information disappears. Again I’m acrobat you can still see all this info but when you go to print or move it, the info goes away.

2. Disable auto save in Adobe app

   When I view a pdf with the Adobe Acrobat app, I rather not want to automatically save the files. In stead, I would suggest to use a save button in case you want to store it on your phone.

3. Can I use pencil on iPad air

   I have creative cloud. I want to annotate pdf on my iPad Air. But can’t see an option in acrobat reader for using pen. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

5. ipad 1 : login to acrobat.com doesnt work anymore

   I've been using my old ipad 1 to read pdf files stored on acrobat.com. Today it seems like the login to acrobat.com has changed and its impossible to login.

   1. login acrobat.com - pressing Continue doesnt work

   2. ipad 1

   4. nothing happens when pressing button

8. Quick access to Bookmarks

   Bookmarks panel should be more accessible. One tap instead of two. And since the thumb is closer to the bottom of the screen the bar with tapable options should be at the bottom.

10. Feature request: auto sync to local storage for Creative Cloud folders

    Our organization wants to equip multiple people with iPads and use Creative Cloud to ensure many folders of PDF files are always downloaded and up to date on each device. There does not seem to be any “download all” or “always sync everything to iPad” feature.

12. The document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged

    I have the the Adobe Acrobat version 19.09.02 (20190917.164021) installed on my iPhone 11 Pro with 13.1.2 iOS version and I get the same error messages at all times when trying to open PDF files from different senders.

13. Single-click access to the commenting tools

    (ios-ipad).....the comment button is two clicks away compared with single click access(which was very user user friendly)..please bring it out....heavy users like me are wasting time in 'two clicks' to access comment button.......

14. Problem in openeing Pdf files in android and ipad air 2 ios

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Since 2 weeks i have a problem in opening files that are pdf format in my ipad air 2 and my galaxy note 4 . Although i have the latest version of acrobat and i used to open the pdf files that i receive from my friend. In acrobat.
    The problem since 2 weeks:
    When i receive pdf file from a friend, i do not get the acrobat as an option to open the file format and i do not the reason for that although i did not change the optionds in my devices.

15. The file couldn’t be opened incorrect

    I’m trying to view a protected PDF on email on iOS, but I have to put the password in 3 times and after that it comes up with ‘invalid password’ even though it’s the correct password. Then it will come up with straight after - “the file couldn’t be opened because it isn’t in the correct format” even though it’s a pdf. Help

18. Syncing issues!

    When I save the PDF on my iPad and upload it onto the document cloud, that PDF version on my iPhone doesn’t reflect those changes I did on my iPad. The date and time of the PDF has been updated in my iPhone, just not the changes I have did up (i.e. comments and annotations). Hence I believe it was the syncing problems between multiple devices :(( Please fix it asap.
