PLEASE remove Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from my computer.
The unsolicited imposition of Acrobat Reader DC on my iMac has created nothing but problems for me. I am comfortable only with certain functions on the computer and the unwanted changes to my PDF files has caused a high level of frustration.

Eraser drawing tool
The eraser drawing tool slowly removes highlights and drawing lines and this problem makes you nervous, please fix this important problem.
Of course, adding an option to erase all lines and highlights in one go to the eraser is another suggestion.1 vote -

12-02-21 - I just noticed that the Thumbnail Preview is not working on .PDF's that were recently created. The older files created with the older version of Adobe DC are still viewable.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in german, locked in, on Windows, hp laptop
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- copy any greek letter
- ad a commentbox (Textfeld hinzufügen)
- Paste the greek letter into the comment box
- tipe any letter on the keyboard
- greek letters appear (just when writing into a textbox)
The same works for symbols as well. The keyboard then changes to symbols.

Bug report ... x2
There is an obvious and consistent bug in Reader DC. When you enter the page X that you want to go to in the X/Y display in the ribbon, you have to do it TWICE. (The first time it self-destructs.) Admittedly this is a minor annoyance, but it makes Adobe look a bit silly and unprofessional. The second bug ... when I check that I have the latest version of Reader, the whole shebbang crashes! (No way would I buy a paid-for copy of this!)

I am always bomborded with new products that make it hard to find the product that I am paying for .... Adobe needs to listen to their customers!

Change drawing tool pen tip
Use a circle tip for the drawing/annotating tool. Right now, it's a square and this makes the letters look jagged (as compared to the circle tip in OneNote for example)

Unable to get new comments in Adobe Reader for review via SharePoint site
We do reviews via shared commenting on our SharePoint site. Reviewers using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2021.005.20060 on Windows 10 are experiencing the following error when they click Check for new comments:
First a SharePoint dialog appears that never appeared before. If this dialog is closed the message " Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; please re-enter your sign-in for access." appears.Expected Results: Any new comments should appear, or a message "no new comments" should display.

updates to pdf file not displaying and then pages display as blank
Adobe Reader has a bug when it comes to pdf files that get updated. I create pdf slides using latex+beamer. After recompiling to make a new pdf, sometimes adobe reader does not like displaying the updates. I close the tab for that file and reopen the file only to see that the old version without the updates. Sometimes the file also then displays some pages as entirely blank from the point where the changes were made onward (or so I am guessing). Key Combo Crashes Acrobat Reader DC
In a shared document on macOS Mojave, press Shift + Left-Arrow. The app displays an error message and locks up. The OK button does not dismiss the error and the app must be Force Quit. H/W is MacBook Pro and Apple Wireless Keyboard.

Eraser Deletes All Dots Bug
If you comment dots (no movement, just a click) with the drawing tool, erasing anything with the eraser tool will delete all dots regardless of the eraser's distance from the dot.

Arrow ignores pre set color
The arrow ignores the pre set color and is always placed red. You have to place an arrow and go into settings every time to change the color from red to f.e. black.

Windows Surface with Pen
I like the annotation experience on the ipad using the apple pencil. However when I try the same experience on the Surface using the Microsoft pen it is harder to use. For one, trying to navigate with your finger to scroll through the pages results in lines being drawn. I think it would be helpful to turn drawing off unless it is being used with the pen.
