App crashes when fetching certificate revocation list
When opening some digitally signed files, adobe attempts to fetch the certificate revocation list which take a long time, this then crashes the app and makes it unusable once loaded, the fix for this is to go to task manager kill adobe and restart, for these specific files though they cannot be opened
I have tried all the fixes in the below link but has not resolved this issueWindows 10 Adobe acrobat reader 64 bit
Please can another fix be suggested

We know you are bored. Please find something else to do. We appreciate that you kept a lifeline out of the mess that was done, truly. On the next security patch update; kill that bloody "new menu" option. It'll wind up becoming unsupported, and another security surface opportunity for villains.

Adobe crashes when closing
When opening pdfs there is no problem, however, when closing there is a high change of this problem appearing. Sometimes, 20% of times it doesn't appear.
When my customer closes pdf files the program stops responding and shows the pop-up "Adobe Reader has stopped working: Hand on while Windows reports the problem to Microsoft..." and then the pop-up where it says that "Windows will notify you if a solution is available.".
I tried reinstalling, deleting AppData/Roaming and AppData/Local Adobe specific folders and keys, repairing the installation withing Adobe, reinstalling VC++ Redistributable 2013, sfc /scannow and other fixes without succes.

BUG: Acrobat Reader text extraction issue for tagged document
I observe a strange text extraction behavior in Acrobat Reader for the specific documents. The documents are tagged so generally all paragraph text lines are extracted as a single line. But in some cases the paragpraph text is extracted with line feed. Some experiments shows that it may be related to a presence of a Form XObject inside an artifact content.
