Not easy to access Acrobat AI Assistant
Make it easier to access Acrobat AI Assistant. The AI Assistant icon was not showing on my browser window, and it finally showed up after some extensive research on how to get it back on the screen.

AI incompatibilty
improve your services with the issue of: "AI can't process this document because it's blank, empty or contains images as text". this is ridiculous because it's a normal PDF document, and if it opens in Adobe (your program), then it should be able to process it for a full AI assistant experience!

AI assistant refused to summarise
Your AI assistant refused to summarise the article and answer my questions because 'Some content in the document, question, and/or answer violates the User Guidelines.' Utterly ridiculous. This article (and the research I'm working on) area about studying antisemitism - in order to combat it.

AI Assistant Not Working
I'm paying monthly for AI Assistant and it has not been working this entire day so far. I was happy to have found it as it helps with my job, but why pay for it when it works off and on?? Frustrating.

TURN AI OFF - THIS IS HINDERING PRODUCTIVITY
I don't know what is happening with Adobe but this has become more time consuming and frustrating than ever with all this AI **** keeping my account in a state of perpetual "refresh or loading" making my tools unavailable, my signatures will take forever to load, and the fillable fields are sometimes not fillable anymore and I'm forced to add a text box to edit what was previously fillable. So I end up unable to delete prior fillable data and when I try to add new text, it literally just layers it on top of previous info. This is crazy.…

AI NEEDS TO BE SHUT OFF
ALL THIS AI **** IS KILLING ME! Half my Adobe tools are in a perpetual state of refreshing and have not been visible on the side bar of my screen in over a week. I can't even see any of the tools under ALL TOOLS. Please fix this. How do I go back to pre AI Adobe? I just want to fill my pdfs and do my work.

olá esta ocorrendo uma tela preta logo ao abrir o arquivo para imprimir, foi notado que se o arquivo for salvo, não ocorre o bug porem caso não... tem essa ocorrência. outra questão os icones de impressora, baixar, janela de arquivos/ impressão.. mudarem de lugar isso atrapalha a experiencia do programa, dado o ponto que não o torna fluido.

Extension slow to handle large files
The new chrome extension seems unable to handle large .pdf files. Files that open perfectly in the desktop app, and open perfectly in the "old" Chrome Acrobat, take several minutes to finish loading in the extension (not an internet issue -- I was able to download and open the same file in seconds while waiting for the extension to finish loading it).

Cópia de texto removendo espaços
Quando um conteúdo textual é copiado de um documento, é removido deste conteúdo os espaços em branco. Por exemplo: No documento está escrito: "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet." é transferido para o clipboard a frase "Loremipsumdolorsitamet.". Além disto, acentos também são tratados como caracteres independes.

Terrible service
Not ask people to log in to open a standard pdf. That is the most outrageous step backwards it literally made me swear outloud and immeadiatlely cancle adobe acrotbat pro. Why pay 20 and month to make expirience worse? Stupendously agressively bad design.

Extremely slow in load my document of 5 pages. Very frustrating when you are in a hurry or trying to show someone the document.

Ditto on STOPPING the pop up tour box
I went online to find the solution and fixed it in Preferences, then rebooted and it still pops up EVERY dang time. Stop it.

- Can you share a screenshot of what popup you are seeing?
- Can you please clarify if you are getting the pop up everytime you open a new PDF or whenever you start the browser afresh?
- Can you please check your cookie settings once? Go to chrome://settings/cookies and check if you have this setting enabled - Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows.
