No AI please.
Turn off the AI Assistant, it is distracting and a waste of computer resources. At least add a button to disable it? Sheesh guys, we're not interested in the next new big thing when it distracts from what we're trying to actually accomplish with your established tools. Please stop pushing the AI. No more interrupts to ask us if we're aware we're missing out on your project.

Please allow user to set preferred default view settings for documents opened via the chrome extension.
Please allow default view settings to be changed and set for all documents opened in the Chrome browser extension instead of having to manually fix the view each time a document is opened. I prefer each document to be viewed with the entire page visible without continuous scrolling, which is the opposite of the current default view settings applied.

Duplicated text
Sometimes when I save my pdf, the text box annotations I added are duplicated. When I delete the duplicated text, the text underneath is permanent and no longer editable. This is breaking my workflow :(

Positioning small text lands down a few pixels
Every time I position a small text box, when I drag the text box and release the mouse, the text box jumps down a few pixels from where I placed it. Annoying for fine print annotating.

AI crashes after I ask a simple question: Where is the index of this .pdf book? Then, it is impossible to get it "working" again.

Remove the popup for the AI assistant at the bottom of the page. It is in the way and prevents scrolling sideways when enlarging the document.

Even this part sucks. I just want to print my form so I can get help with medical bills.
I don't understand why I cannot print my applications unless I pay a monthly fee for something I may use 2 or 3 times a year. Also, you want my credit card number for the free trial and then to cancel free trial I have to figure out how to do that. Like most things on Adobe, you don't make it easy. I have medical bills I need help with and can't get application unless I make phone calls. Even if I could afford Adobe I would not pay for it. B. E. Kane

My mouse scroll wheel doesn't work properly within PDF files in Acrobat Reader--web or the app.

US Government Forms
Government forms, specifically USCIS, do not work in anything but the desktop version of Acrobat. This includes mobile and the Chrome Adobe Extension, even when accessed through a desktop and logged into the Acrobat subscription. It makes the forms inaccessible for people who work on the go or for clients who do not have regular access to a desktop.

Bad Save, Wiped All Text
I used the text box tool on the entire document and when I went to download the document they ALL were wiped. This is a huge flaw and should be corrected so that anyone using your software should not experience losing their hard work.
