To improve Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft Outlook, a great idea would be to integrate a feature that automatically converts email attachments into PDF format with customizable options like adding annotations or applying security settings. This could be done with just a click or drag-and-drop functionality. Another addition could be a preview mode where users can directly view PDFs in their inbox before opening them fully, improving efficiency. It would also be beneficial to include an easy-to-use collaboration tool for multiple users to comment on and edit PDF documents within the email, similar to Google Docs.

Adobe Cloud Storage link + original attachment
I would like that when attaching files to an email, both the original attachment and a "PDF as an Adobe Cloud Storage link" are included. Most people prefer regular PDF attachments, but PDF links are very useful when searching for files or attachments from previous emails in the same thread.

Solution to Migrate OST File into Adobe PDF?
There are two known ways to convert an OST report into an Adobe PDF. The first is to do so using MS Outlook by manually exporting emails from your OST report to Adobe PDF files. You will first fire up Outlook, and then you will highlight the emails you wish to migrate. Then you will select "Print" in your Outlook and save it as a PDF file. The second method is the use of an OST to PDF Converter Software developed by WebbyAcad. Bulk conversion of…1 vote -

Enhancing Adobe Acrobat Integration in Outlook for a More Seamless Experience
To improve Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft Outlook, one suggestion could be to enhance the integration for a more seamless user experience. For instance, providing a quick-access toolbar within Outlook that allows users to convert emails directly into PDFs without needing to open Acrobat separately could save time and streamline workflows. Additionally, improving the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) functionality when scanning attachments directly from Outlook would be a great benefit, especially for users dealing with scanned documents. Lastly, better handling of large file sizes to avoid lag during conversions would significantly enhance user satisfaction.

Error
We are not able to append, continuously get errors when saving emails.
Additionally, is there any way to save emails with the heading format from the previous Append email feature? The one that shows each email individually and you just click through them?
