    Hi,

Redact Pages option is still there in app, it has just been reorganized to avoid clutter on main toolbar. If you click on 'Redact Text & Images' dropdown in Redact App toolbar, first item in list is 'Redact Pages'.

Do let me know if you need more support here.

    Thanks,
    Charu Karwa

    Hi,

Redaction cannot be applied to the signed document, if needed you can apply redaction and then sign the document.

    Thanks,

    Hi Nancy,

Sorry for the inconvenience. There are few things that I would like you to try out.
    1. You are not on the latest build, please update (Help -> check for updates)
    2. Also according to your snapshot you are not signed-in, we do a clear recent when user sign-out from app due to legal and security issues, please do a sign-in and see if you still see empty recent even after few files.

Please feel to write back if you have more issues.
    Thanks,
    Charu Karwa

    Hi Jeff,

Sorry for the inconvenience. There are few things that I would like to know to understand the problem better

    1. You are on the latest build, please share build info (Help -> About Adobe Acrobat DC)
    2. Has this started happening recently?
    3. Does this happen mostly when you have leave your app unused for sometime?
    4. Do you see recent list back after relaunch of app?

It would be great if you can share the snapshot of the problem here.

    Thanks,
    Charu Karwa

    Hi Tracy,

    Thanks for your feedback here.
Can you try the same thing again, just keep the checkbox to 'Sanitize' while Applying redaction as OFF.
Do let us know if this solves the issue you are facing.

    Thanks,
    Charu Karwa

    Hi Meg,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
I understand that you are using latest Adobe Acrobat build on Mac OS 10.13

If the issue still persists, we would require following information to understand the issue better:
    1. Does other views like Document Cloud, My Computer are working as expected or show empty view?
    2. If observing blank view, go to Activity Monitor (Applications-> Utilities)
    3. Check whether a process named "AcroCEF" is running or not?
    4. If running, is it in a hanged state?
    5. If hanged, create the spindump file and share with us (select process and choose spindump from properties)
    6. Please kill AcroCEF process and check if this solves your problem

Can share files with us viaAdobe Share (Adobe Document Cloud -> Share Files app) or any medium you are comfortable with.

    Thanks,
    Charu Karwa

    Hi,

Thanks for posting your query here.

Can you please give a try to redaction properties, it has options to change redaction color, its opacity etc.

Also currently there is no way to directly export the redacted pages directly to a new pdf or some other format. But there is a workaround, where after you are done with redaction, use Organize Pages App to extract redacted pages to a new pdf.

Do let me know if you need more help here.

    Thanks,
    Adobe Acrobat DC Team

Thanks for writing to us. Sorry that you are facing issues while using Redaction.
Can you please be precise about the steps you are doing. Also any snapshot, video or test file would also be very helpful in understanding the issue

    Hello,

Thanks for your feedback for the new menu on Home. Currently it is not configurable and it shows tools which have not been used by user.

Also, if you are using same login ID for the mobile app and Acrobat, ad will not show up.

Do let me know if you need more information here.

    Thanks,
    Charu Karwa

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback here.

PDF names font size and PDF icon changes are in-line with new interface of Adobe Acrobat DC and as of now there is no way you can change this. I will give your inputs to the design team.

Do let me know if you have more concerns here.

    Thanks,

PDF names font size has not changed when compared to previous version, only headings size has been reduced which is in-line with new interface of Adobe Acrobat DC.

Do let me know if you have more concerns here.

    Hi,

As I mentioned before, we do have the functionality of rotating the text box, please see the snapshot to see how the rotate icon looks like. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FC2R4q5eYIjn4Po2uAE6vSsAohWi_G0q/view?usp=sharing

    Exact steps:
    1. Go to Edit App
    2. Select the text box you wish to rotate
    3. When you hover over grippers of text box (we have 8 at boundary of text box)
    4. You will get a rotate sign

Use this to rotate a text box.

    Thanks,
    Adobe Acrobat DC Team
