An error occurred while saving the comment AdminCharu Karwa (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi,
Redact Pages option is still there in app, it has just been reorganized to avoid clutter on main toolbar. If you click on 'Redact Text & Images' dropdown in Redact App toolbar, first item in list is 'Redact Pages'.
Do let me know if you need more support here.

Sorry for the inconvenience. There are few things that I would like you to try out.
1. You are not on the latest build, please update (Help -> check for updates)
2. Also according to your snapshot you are not signed-in, we do a clear recent when user sign-out from app due to legal and security issues, please do a sign-in and see if you still see empty recent even after few files. Please feel to write back if you have more issues.
Thanks,

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminCharu Karwa (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi Meg,
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
I understand that you are using latest Adobe Acrobat build on Mac OS 10.13If the issue still persists, we would require following information to understand the issue better:
1. Does other views like Document Cloud, My Computer are working as expected or show empty view?
2. If observing blank view, go to Activity Monitor (Applications-> Utilities)
3. Check whether a process named "AcroCEF" is running or not?
4. If running, is it in a hanged state?
5. If hanged, create the spindump file and share with us (select process and choose spindump from properties)
6. Please kill AcroCEF process and check if this solves your problemCan share files with us viaAdobe Share (Adobe Document Cloud -> Share Files app) or any medium you are comfortable with.
Thanks,

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminCharu Karwa (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi,
Thanks for posting your query here.
Can you please give a try to redaction properties, it has options to change redaction color, its opacity etc.
Also currently there is no way to directly export the redacted pages directly to a new pdf or some other format. But there is a workaround, where after you are done with redaction, use Organize Pages App to extract redacted pages to a new pdf.
Do let me know if you need more help here.
Thanks,

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminCharu Karwa (Admin, Adobe) commentedHello,
Thanks for your feedback for the new menu on Home. Currently it is not configurable and it shows tools which have not been used by user.
Also, if you are using same login ID for the mobile app and Acrobat, ad will not show up.
Do let me know if you need more information here. Thanks,

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminCharu Karwa (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi,
Thanks for reporting the issue.
Clear recent files option is not available if you have a minimum of 1 workflow file in your recent list. If you have no workflow file, it should be there. This is As Designed as of now.
Similarly if you select minimum of 1 workflow file to open its right side pane to remove from recent, this option is removed.
According to the snapshots shared by you, last file in your recent list is a ‘Shared File’, which cannot be removed from recent unless you choose to Delete Shared File, which will delete it permanently from document cloud and cannot be undone.
Do let me know if you need more information here.
