Please share the Charles logs with the engineering team so that we can investigate about this issue further. It looks like that certain Adobe SIGN URLs are blocked by the proxy server in your current organization.

Please make sure that proxy settings in your environment are correct and not blocking the client server communication. Also, please share the following information
1. Build Details
2. Is it happening with every file ?
3. platform (win or mac ) ?
4. Is it happening with every user account or some particular ?
5. If possible please share the test account so that we can check with the backend team -

If your product is not already updated, you can manually do so from within the product. Click on the menu Help-> Check for updates.

Apologies that you are facing this issue. Can you sign out once from Acrobat ( Help-> Sign out ) and sign in again to see if this issue is still occurring ?
