    1. Version of Acrobat DC you are using
    2. Is it happening with every file or a particular file ?
    3. Could you share the fiddler logs while performing this operation.

    Hi Michele,

    Apologies that you are facing this issue. Can you sign out once from Acrobat ( Help-> Sign out ) and sign in again to see if this issue is still occurring ?

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that you are unable to use Adobe Sign in Acrobat DC.

    To debug this issue further, we need the following information.

    1. Acrobat version installed on your machine
    2. Is this issue occurring for every file ?
    3. Have you enabled any proxy settings in your network ?
    4. Please share fiddler logs while perform the steps again.
    5. Are you able to Adobe SIGN using the url https://secure.echosign.com/public/login in the web browser ?

    Apologies for the trouble you had, please sign out from Acrobat once and reboot the machine and check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating and try again.

    What is the current dot version of Acrobat installed?

    For testing purpose, connect the machine to a different network environment like a guest wireless network or to a mobile hotspot or try sending the file for signature on your mobile device using cellular data and check.


    Are you getting the error message with all the PDF files or with one specific PDF file?

    Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

    Hi,

    Please share the snapshot of all the tools under Tools section.
    Also please execute the following steps below and let us know if it does not help

    Sign out from the application ( Go to Help-> Sign Out )
    Quit the application
    Launch Acrobat and sign in
    Observe.
