Fill & Sign - Request Signature - Email Notification
Is it possible to allow "creator" to control the settings of email notification?
This is to minimise spamming of emails.
For instances, someone that we put as "cc" should only receive 1 email which is the final/completed signed documents email.
For now, "cc" receive 2 emails (1st email when the doc is created and send out for signature, 2nd email when the doc is fully signed)
Another example, someone we put as "signer" should only receive 1 email when he/she being asked to sign a document.
For now, "signer" received 2 emails (1st email is when he/she being asked to sign, 2nd email is when the final signed docs is completed)
The reason is signer are usually high level management where there's personal assistant helping them to handle administrative matters, thus minimising spamming their inbox by not sending email for the final docs (as the PA will already have a copy and the PA will in charge of keeping the docs)
