Attempted to use Adobe Fill and Sign and system generates an error

Adobe Fill and Sign does not work. I attempted to create a document to be signed by a customer and after clicking on Specify where to Sign button it dumps everything I had just worked on! This happened twice. Very frustrating...

    1. Version of Acrobat DC you are using
    2. Is it happening with every file or a particular file ?
    3. Could you share the fiddler logs while performing this operation.
