Adobe Sign uploading has been hung at 72% for over an hour
The first document uploaded in about 15 seconds. Have tried multiple times to upload another. One finally uploaded after about 30 minutes. Current document has been hung over an hour. Been on hold for non-existent tech support over 40 minutes. Is there any management at Adobe anymore? Seems like the support dept is making no effort whatsoever and I find WAY more bugs now than in the past.
Also, try repairing Acrobat using "repair installation" option under help menu, reboot the machine after repair and check.
I just upgraded from Adobe Reader to Adobe Pro DC and experiencing the same issue. Uploading is stuck at 72%. I have rebooted - as this is a corporate-imaged pc it is not practical to reinstall.
Same issue. Sticks at 72% no matter what document I try or how many times I quit and reload. I'm finding I can use Adobe Sign without issue about once in a day. After that I experience issues on all documents until several hours later. Im using version 2021.001.20142.

I have the same problem. Adobe Sign stalls uploading at 70% for a Word doc as PDF that is small. This is a repeatable error that I cannot get around. What is the solution here? Running Acrobat Pro DC 19.10.20098.316574, in macOS 10.14.6.
