An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Bloomfield commentedI have 4 machines that are each connected to a Fujitsu FI-7160 and have Acrobat DC for Windows installed. ALL 4 HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, so I suspect it is a software issue. When scanning multiple pages, it crashes. The machines are 3 macs running parallels 13 and windows 10, while the 4th is an HP i7 pc with Windows 10. All suffer this insufferable issue. Tax season requires these things to work now. Would appreciate any help one could offer.

Hi,
We are delighted to share with you that Acrobat and Reader Desktop release for DC Continuous (21.007.20091) is Live now and this Takes care of the Feature Request to Change the Display Size of the Acrobat without changing the Scaling/Resolution of the machine. This can be Done from “View” → “Display Size”. For now this is avaialble for windows only.
More Info Here : https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/whats-new.html and go to “Change Acrobat Display Size”
Please update your Acrobat (It should Auto update or you should do Help → Check for updates) and let us know your Feedback.
Thanks

It would be wonderful if you could turn this off. The pop-up every time a document is opened probably helps others, but the option to turn reading off so that pop-up wouldn't trigger would be nice.
