    It has been reported on this thread in the forums that the issue is resolved in Reader when ShortKeys is disabled.

    As an instructor, I am hearing this as a request from more and more people, plus it was discussed on the Tech Wednesday this week. People don't know there is a panel and go lamely searching for the icons, missing many. Adding the Comments panel to Initial View should be a JDI.

    Yes, there is a lag, but for me it's 2 seconds on my laptop with High Sierra. I haven't checked my old or new iMacs, as I am not home.
