Something is wrong
I have a single seat pro license. When I try to convert a PDF to a Word document I get a window that says I do not have access and I need to contact my IT Administrator. What? Single seat... there is no administrator. I am it. What do I do to remove this PITA constraint?

Could you please provide more details so we can help you trouble shoot whether it's file specific, network or subscription issue:
1. Does it happen to a specific file only when delete/insert or any files?
2. Could you try the same using Combine feature https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/combine-pdf/?
