download tool not working

When it is downloading a pdf format in compressed/combined form, the pdf is not downloading for some reasons and it is always needing me to compress it again, resulting in a lower quality presentation. How can I fix this?

    Thank you for reporting the issue with the download tool. The Acrobat team has promptly addressed the bug and deployed the fix. Please try again, and the download feature from the viewer should now work properly.
