Thanks for reaching out and sorry for inconvenience and thanks for sharing file with us. Could you please add more details, are you seeing any errors on page? Are you seeing this issue only on provided file?
We just tried compressing your file and we were able to compress it to 7.9 MB from 27 MB. We can investigate further once we have more details.
