1. AI? Slow or not working

   I attempted to get AI assistant to pricess a pdf , which had less than 200 pages and less than 5MB in side. An hour later It still sems to be running.

   Not sure what use this is

7. freezing

   This year I have been having alot of trouble with Adobe Acrobat freezing. I initiate an Esignature request and when it is completed I ca open it in Acrobat but it won't print. Instead I receive an error message and the program freezes, I then have to close the program via the Task Manager and restart my computer in order to use the program or my computer for that matter. Please advise on this issue.

11. getting rid of AI

    I absolutely hate your AI popup whenever I look at a pdf. I have disabled it and it still pops up. Whoever came up with this idea should be fired. If it doesn't go away asap I will stop using Adobe.

12. Adobe AI Assistant censorship is too strict

    Adobe AI assistant is way too conservative in censuring legitimate news articles ... for instance my WSJ daily downloads sometimes contain articles that relate to geopolitical violence and the AI assistant refuses to summarize them saying the content violates user guidelines ... I have to go to ChatGPT to summarize these articles and it always does just fine. This is inconvenient for me though so AI Assistant should be fixed. If ChatGPT is smart enough to know legitimate news, then Adobe AI assistant should be too. Thanks.

17. Do not charge for AI features become an authority

    Charging for AI features is not appealing. Most people are already paying you & for an AI service they are not going to want to be paying for AI service them be required to double pay you. Just for you to consider you guys should be displaying and providing your AI as the best, a creative & authoritative AI that provides high level understand and research of your pdfs and documents in a better way then other included in the adobe suite, will draw people to you. 20. Poor AI service

    I often get an error message, 'something went wrong, please try again in a few minutes' whenever I try to use the AI function - I'm very frustrated as I paid for the annual fee for this feature and it is useless.
