Dear Adobe Team,
I have been a loyal customer of Adobe for the past 25 years, consistently recommending your services to my clients as the leading solution in the creative and digital industry. However, I must express my deep disappointment with the direction your services have taken in recent times.
While I appreciated the addition of the AI assistant in Acrobat PDF, a tool that greatly enhanced my workflow, I was shocked to discover that it is now locked behind an additional paywall. I had recommended Adobe's PDF subscription to other students and friends with the understanding that this feature would be part of the service, only for them to now find it no longer available without an extra monthly cost.
This shift not only undermines the trust I've placed in your services but also risks alienating many loyal customers, who, like me, may start exploring alternative solutions. Is this the direction Adobe wants to take, potentially driving long-standing supporters to competitors?
I sincerely hope you value your loyal customers enough to reconsider these recent changes.
