    Hi,
Thank you for reporting this issue.
We are working continuously on this issue.

    Please try the following workaround:
    1. Close Acrobat.
    2. From Windows Control Panel open Color Management.
    3. Select the affected display (if you have multiple affected displays you will need to repeat the following steps for each one).
    4. Check the box “Use my settings for this device”
    5. Select any existing profiles associated with this device and Remove them.
    6. Click Add and choose the ICC Profile called sRGB IEC61966-2.1.
    7. Click OK and then Close
    8. Check the issue.

Please let us know if this works.
    We will keep you updated.

    Regards,
    Sweta Karn

    Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you share the Acrobat version currently you are using?
Also if possible please share the screen shot of memory consumption when error occurs.
For this go to Task manager -> Performance -> Memory and capture it.

You can try to turn off the Use page cache option and let us know if issue still persists.
Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Page Display -> Use page cache (uncheck it).

    Thanks,
    Sweta Karn

    Hi,
Thanks for reporting this issue. We are sorry to hear this.
Can you share one such PDF file to further investigate this issue.

Meanwhile you can try the following workaround:

"Right-click on your Acrobat Reader DC icon on the desktop or navigate to the AcroRd32.exe file in this folder
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader
Choose "Troubleshoot Compatibility." Tell the troubleshooter to run this program in Windows 7 compatibility mode."
    Hope it helps.

    Thanks,
    Sweta Karn

    Hi Matthias,

If the system keyboard is set to key board of German- the short cuts are “Ctrl+0 and Ctrl+1” for zooming in and out.

Can you try same and let us know.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Sweta
