Reflow not possible for docs with images with an alt-text

PDF document reflow (Ctrl+4) is not possible for documents containing images with an alt-text. When the images are decorative (artifact) de document reflows normally. Is this a known behaviour of Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader? Foxit reader reflows documents with images with alt-text normally.

    Hi Sweta,

    In the meantime I found the problem which is in fact a glitch in Word 365.
    When using a simple docx with some pictures with alt-text and saving as PDF there is a problem.
    I use Word 365 and use "Save as ..." and select in the drop-down "PDF".
    When checking this PDF in Acrobat Pro 2017 the reflow is not working due to an error in the <Figure>Tag (Tags pane).
    It is missing the objectcodes. After re-coding in Acrobat pro you can solve the problem in the PDF.

    Making the PDF via the plugin "PDFmaker" works fine in this respect.

    Please share the sample PDF file and the Acrobat/Reader version you are using.
    To understand the problem better can you share the screenshots for the issue & the expected behavior?
