New features
Why in the world would you make us email ourselves a link to be able to download? And we pay for the service. Then when you try to delete a X you can not do it. Totally disappointing. When my subscription runs out I will be be finding another program to use.

File Downloads (.zip)
The old document cloud allowed for multiple files to be downloaded via .zip folder. I would like to have that capability back.

sign out
I hate how quickly it signs you out of the program. We need to be able to stay signed in for hours. We use this all day and it very annoying to have to start the program all over all the time!! Please fix this

New interface is difficult to navigate and inconsistent
The new Adobe Sign layout is difficult to use. I frequently have to sign in again. When I have a document to sign and I click within the email notification to review and sign document, it frequently takes me to my list of documents and when I select the document I am trying to sign, it will open but will not allow me to sign it.

inconsistent loading/working
In the past 30 days or so, the "send a document to be signed" function of Document Cloud has become completely unreliable. When I click to open that program (approximately 60% of the time) it simply comes up as a blank screen (with the document cloud logo in the upper left). I have clients who are relying on getting contracts out on a speedy basis, I cannot keep "checking back" every 10 minutes to see if a program is working again.

Send For Signatuee
The platform is nearly unusable. The desktop application and the online user experience has absolutely gone down the toilet. Everything use to be so simple and easy with Adobe Echo Sign. I am contemplating switching to docusign because the online version won't load properly.

Hate the new ui. Cant do anything. Looking for a different product.
I kind of hate it after you changed it. I spend hours trying to make a new copy on phone, fill and send. Hate it hate it. Sorry but i am going to look for something else

Constant Login Needed
Why do I have resign in every 5 minutes to do anything? This is so frustrating that I cannot leave this open and use the signature functions without signing in every time.

Your EchoSign "improvement" suck
I want ONE Page where I can manage my signature process. On that page, I can add documents (even if a pop-up window needs to be used for data entry) and manage the entire document process. Your current navigation is absolutely the worst imaginable. Go to one page (or app) to upload a document for signature, another one to check it's status, a third to sign, it's insane. You guys have FUBAR'd EchoSign completely. Whoever manages the DC product line needs to be fired. Today.

Your "improvements" aren't improvements. Leave well enough alone!
You have turned "Sign" into a completely FUBAR product. In order to add a signer before sending, I have to cancel the entire project and start over? Who the **** designed this? A learning disabled chimpanzee? This SUCKS

Can't download an unshared review
I have spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to SIMPLY download a completed shared review (now unshared) PDF file from the cloud to my computer in order to bookkeep all comments. Many of your products are so hard to use to do simple tasks. I've been waiting for your web support to respond to chat for over :30. :(

Poor UI change
This new interface is pretty terrible. Not happy with our purchase at all so far.
The Adobe Sign experience is now so much more difficult. I want to just delete a draft document and am unable to do so and it is really difficult to manage and access the signing experience.

How do I switch languages on this site?
Because I have a Japanese e-mail address, everything on this site is in Japanese. How can a switch the language to English?
1 voteTo change your language, sign in to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/. Click on your account icon (just to the right of the bell). Then choose Settings (the first option you can select). You can pick your preferred language under User Locale (the first option at the top of the dialog).
