hate new format
I don't like the new format. I used to be able to see how many were out pending signature. Is there a way to do that now? If so, it needs to be easier to find. Also, previously I could replace a signer. I can't locate how to do that with the updates.

Update is Awful
I can't see who I sent all these agreements to without clicking on individually. This is such a dissappointment and will force me to find another solution. I used to be able to see visually what I sent and who. My documents in many cases say the same thing, so this makes this way incredibly hard.

New Adobe Sign is Horrible!
I don't know why the e-sign feature has suddenly changed but it's absolutely terrible. I used to be able to see a neat list of every contract that went out for signature and they would be categorized by whether or not they had been signed yet with the recipient's email address listed for easy identification. Now it just shows that a a list of contracts was sent out, which they all look the same with the same name and must be individually opened in order to see who the recipient is. Bring back the Adobe Sign Dashboard. That was a great dedicated contract tracking and managing tool. Tracking and managing contracts is essential to businesses and doing it well can significantly impact profits.
The "all-in-one" Adobe Cloud tool is vastly inferior to Dashboard for tracking and managing agreements. Cloud eliminates or buries functionality Dashboard offered. Instead of Dashboard’s clean, organized categorization of agreements by status (signed, out-for-signature, etc.), Cloud intermingles critical agreements with insignificant documents. not happy, jan!
where are all the files i had in my account? how do i find the signed ones if they all have the same name and not that of the recipient? wtf did you do to the interface to make it such a load of ****!!! i am in the middle of sending out and receiving a large amount of contracts and i log in to find it has all changed and is useless. when will this be fixed? ( i rang your helpline to be told 'sorry' but no explanation or help!

Adobesign interface is disorganized and not user-friendly
This new interface is AWFUL. Here are a few things that are missing:
- easy access to my templates
- easy access to my unsigned agreements
- no dashboard view/information of the signer (if all my agreements have similar names - I don't know which any of them belong to)
- easy view of all signed agreementsYou've designed this to look like dropbox... which makes no sense. We need to be able to access legal information on here. SORTING everything by date makes no sense at all.

WORST. UPDATE. EVER. Why am I paying for this?
WORST ... UPDATE ... EVER. I'm absolutely shocked at how badly the send & track feature has been ruined. Clearly this has been done by someone who has never used the program. I'm really disappointed in Adobe and this is so bad that someone should go to jail for presenting this and then implementing it.
Not sure where to start - trying to work with this has rendered me as incoherent as this "update". So I'll bullet point - and yes, I know that no one reads this feedback, so this experience is self-therapy:

HORRIBLE UPDATE
Revert back to the original version immediately this is the worst update of any product that I have ever experienced. You have quite literally made all functions impossible to find. Whoever cleared this update for public release should be sacked immediately. No word of a lie I spent almost an hour trying to find my templates and then the same again working out how to send them out. This would have taken 2 min on the old set up. Adobe U SHOULD BE ASHAMED...…………… I am now looking for another product to deal with signatures and document management......

Manage section for Adobe Sign is terrible
Such a disappointing update. There is absolutely no way for me to keep track of my sent sign agreements as they all look the same in the list - see snippet. Everything takes me a million times longer as there is no way for me to search for a particular agreement, I have to click on them one by one to see which one I'm looking at. There' no way for me to modify my tabs (e.g. add a 'receiver' tab), or anything along those lines. Absolute ****.

Horrific changes to the sign system! Complications now causing downtime in my business rather than efficiency.

Functionality
My document is not loading in the new look and feel format which means I can't progress it any further. I can't work out how to cancel it or pre-fill it. So it's just sitting here.

New Adobe Sign Interface
Not a fan of the new integration of Adobe Sign into the Document Cloud. The manage portion of Adobe Sign was a great way to quickly see who the document was sent to. I should not have to click on a document and wait for it to load in order to see who it has been sent to. It is a huge waste of time. Please make an option to revert back to the old version of Adobe Sign, or creat an option or setting to add more columns of information in the Sign Agreements page. We love using Adobe…
