I have purchased the Adobo bundle package every time I attempt to edit my PDF fell it is asking me to subscribe once I hit the subscribe button it is informing me that I have already subscribed and I will not need to renew my subscription until 2020 so how come the app is not allowing me to edit my PDF document can you please Give me some type of help

    I just subscribed to one of your app packages and the option is not unblocked.

    I am trying to combine my files and it bring me back to subscription page. Then it says that I am already subscribed.

    Can you please help me fixe this problem.

  8. After upgrading my iPhone and iPad I lost almost all functions in Adobe Acrobat. I use the free program. I save save to Adobe but I can no longer:
    Save to the Document file
    Move items to folders
    Make some comments in files.

    Once you save to Document cloud it seems to work, then 10 seconds later tells you it’s unable to save but made a “recovered file” for me.
    It is fully functional on my laptop, but changes I make on there, will NOT show up on my iPad or iPhone.
    Help!

  10. I cannot see my files of document cloud on my iPad / iPhone. I can open them in my laptop only.
    On my iPhone / iPad I can only open the local documents

  12. Die angehängte Datei kann in der App nicht geöffnet werden. Die App stürzt beim öffnen ab und ist dann weg. Auch andere Dateien können so nicht geöffnet werden.
