1. App keeps crashing

   I deleted all the recent files then suddenly the app crashed and it kept crashing after restarting the device. I use my Ipad pro exclusively for studying. Now I had to reinstall the app and lost a lot of files as I couldn’t save the documents to cloud. Waste of money?

3. Keeps crashing after updating to version 19.10.00

   Having just upgraded to version 19.10.00 of Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF today I cannot open any pdf file as the application crashes persistently soon after opening. I am using a 6th Generation iPad running iPadOS 13.1.2.

4. Acrobat Reader comments only viewable on mobile, not desktop

   Hi-

   When one user posted markups and comments on a PDF file, the two users who review was sent to could not view the comments on desktop, only on mobile. We could view red markups, but not the comments. We could view the comments on mobile. Here's a link to the file. 5. Unhappy customer.

   I pay £7.99 a month! for the adobe pdf pack. This only means fill and sign and storing PDF’s but before today I was able to edit anything on my mobile device. Combine files and convert to any other Microsoft format. Until now it’s requesting an additional £5.49 to just be able to edit on my phone. This is ridiculous. Why am I paying for something I could access and do before with my first purchase of £7.99 a month. This isn’t an application I even use everyday. But I’m order to complete my edits etc I have to pay nearly double the money I already pay a month.

6. Problem with flipping pages in iPad 6th gen

   I have been using adobe reader with iPad 6th gen, lately have not been able to flip pages smoothly, they get stuck midway. It doesn’t happen with other apps like iBooks.
   Tried uninstalling and install. But still the problem persists. Adobe version i am using is 19.09.02 (20190917.164021).

7. iPad screen rotation and sizing in Acrobat are broken in iPad OS

   With the update to iPad OS, the ability to rotate the screen is gone; there is only landscape view. I also cannot pinch in the text to make it smaller. If I choose continuous view, the document fills the width of the screen, I get about 15 lines of text, and the type is huge. If I choose single page view, it shrinks down too small to read.

   Yes, I have already checked, and the iPad screen is not locked.

   It would make sense to be able to view vertical documents in vertical view. Why are we stuck with landscape?

9. Update for iPhone XS Max

   Could you update the Fill & Sign app to properly utilize the full size of the iPhone XS Max and other phones of the same size? The extra space would be very helpful. If you see the sample, the black area resembles the unused space in Fill & Sign on these devices.

12. HIGH CONTRAST COLORS OR INVERT COLORS

    IT WOULD BE REALLY HELPFUL IF YOU WOULD HAVE OPTIONS FOR HIGH CONTRAST OR INVERT COLORS ON YOUR VIEW MENU OR AT LEAST AN OPTION FOR A BLACK BACKGROUND PAGE. ALSO, ANOTHER VIEWING ISSUE- TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE COLORS FOR MENU ITEMS AND FONTS ON THE PROGRAM OR AT LEAST BE ABLE TO CHANGE SKINS. I HAVE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY EDEMA IN SHORT I CANT SEE LIGHT COLORED TYPE (WHICH IS USUALLY A FAINT GREEN OR YELLOW) ON A BRIGHT GLOWING WHITE BACKGROUND. SO BECAUSE i HAVEN'T FOUND A WAY TO CHANGE COLORS, I CAN'T USE ACROBAT TO VIEW. I HAVE HIGH CONTRAST COLORS SET UP IN MY COMPUTER SETTINGS BUT IT HAS NO EFFECT ON CERTAIN PROGRAMS AND ACROBAT IS ONE OF THEM. LUCKILY, I FOUND ONE FREE VIEWER THAT HAS THE OPTION TO INVERT COLORS ON THE VIEWING MENU CALL EVINCE BY GNOME. IF I HADN'T HAVE FOUND IT, I REALLY COULDN'T FUNCTION IN DAY TO DAY COMPUTER TASKS LIKE SIMPLY PAYING BILLS OR GOING OVER BANKING TRANSACTIONS AND WOULD BE VERY TIME CONSUMING TO SAY THE LEAST.

    And all files in the ipad had gone.

15. DO NOT RECOGNIZE FILES

    After receive a .pdf file through email or WhatsApp do not recognize as a .pdf file. Using IOS 13.1.2. Suppose to recognize and open the .pdf file. Do not recognize and will not open.

17. Bug: Cannot mark up a PDF that has editing password applied

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:

    Open the sample PDF file (attached) in Adobe Acrobat on your PC. In Acrobat, select 'File' > 'Properties' and note that a password has been applied to restrict editing of the document with 'Commenting', 'Filling of form fields', and 'Signing' unrestricted.

    Now, open this PDF on your iPhone/iPad using the Acrobat Reader app. You will find that even though the PDF has Commenting enabled, there is no option provided to the user to either add comments to the document or apply mark-up using the Apple Pencil.

    If you open the same PDF file in another 3rd party PDF app, such as iAnnotate, you will find that commenting and markup functionality works as expected.

18. Can’t merge the files for no reason

    I just paid 6,99$/m for merging multi PDF files, but a red bar keeps showing up and says “can not convert your file” without giving a reason. I googled some limits about 12 files once and no more than 100mb. But still can not merge my files. It took me already one hour to do this, I guess I just waste my money! It’s really bad experience!
