Can no longer combine pdf files whatever their size when I press combine files it direct me to subscription and itis still valid.plz help

Thank you for contacting us.

If you have "Adobe PDF Pack" or "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC" subscription, you should be able to use "Combine files" feature.

Would you please do the followings to check what subscription you have?
1. Tap "Home" button at the bottom bar
2. Tap "Settings" (Avatar) icon which is the 2nd button at the top of the right hand corner
3. In the "Settings" panel, if "Sign In" button appears at the bottom, tap on the button and continue to sign in to Document Cloud. Otherwise, proceed to Step #4
4. Tap "Plan & Products"
5. Look at the "Adobe PDF Pack" or "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC"

If you have "Adobe PDF Pack" or "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC" subscription, it should states "Subscribed"
