text recognition by rows
I bought addition to app so I could send pdf's as doc or xls. App recognizes text to by column not as row. Each line should be exported as individual row not all information at one column to one cell (excel)

Can’t convert into pdf.
After paid quite expensive , I found out it couldn’t convert into pdf. file and very disappointed because app couldn’t help anything convert file in docx so bad quality. I need a refund or dispute charge on my credit card Thank you

Cannot select a scanner
When I try to insert a page or file from scanner, while trying to select the scanner, there is no scanner shown. I use a Canon DR-M140 scanner with capture ontouch and twain driver installed. Please advise how to use the scanner within Adoibe Acrobat Pro DC.

To turn a document to PDF, you could use our ‘Create PDF’ feature. You can find it under context board (…) right next to document name, and you can also find it when your document is open. Let me know if you can’t find it.
Similarly if you open that (…) context board, you will see ‘Share’ button too to share via email.Thanks,

Downloadable forms
All I need access to is the ability to download a form that has been completed on my ipad. With the old Adobe Acrobat I could have a client fill out a form and then share a flattened copy that would then be downloadable to Google Drive, my iPad, or Adobe Cloud. I can’t seem to be able to do this. (Even after I switched the share flattened copy toggle) This is really frustrating, because being able to do this one thing looks like I have to upgrade to a $24/mo. plan...
