    How do I remove acrobat from my iPhone? Normally when I want to remove something from my phone, I just hold that app down & it shows a x and I click on it and it goes away. I try this and it won’t go away.

    Stop taking money every month ... I want to cancel but you are making it impossible !!! Who do I speak to ?? There is no google play or apple sub so I can’t cancel this way and I am getting fed up of you taking nearly 20€ a month when I originally signed up for 7 a month ... please cancel me and do it now

  10. Acrobat app usage size larger than entire iPad apps size.

    The size of the acrobat app plus documents exceeds the entire iPad size for all the apps and their documents in the General Settings. How is this possible? Please provide a step by step resolution to this error. Thanks.

  11. New I need to know how to convert PDF to MP3

    Just need a bit of help. I have a song I made on SoundCloud but when I register this it asks me to have it in MP3 file How can I change the file name so I can put this MP3 file into that format!?

  14. There is major delay in syncing

    I use smart phone and tablet. Using document cloud and dropbox to share content, so that i can read anywhere i want, using which ever gadget i want. But tablet data sync comparitively faster than mobile. It takes days mobile app to sync, I dont find annotations in tablet. Look in to this. Internet is working well.

  15. Can’t Sign reader extended form

    I created a fillable PDF with signature required. I saved it as reader extended and mailed it to myself.

    I cannot sign the form. In fact the signature field isn’t highlighted as fillable. Worse, I was able to hit the submit button even though the required signature was missing.

    Why?
