Landscape viewing bug on iPhone 11 pro max
Hi,
While viewing pdfs on my iPhone (iPhone 11 pro max) the pdf doesn’t open in real full screen view. in other words there’s grey margins thus can’t use the whole screen size for viewing the pdf & it’s limited to part of the screen. I believe it’s not just on my iPhone but also on any other iPhone pro max because they all have bigger screen relatively to other iPhones.
Hope you can fix this so we can enjoy viewing pdfs in using the whole screen (as supposed) & not part of it!. It’s pointless to have big screen&…1 vote -

Highlights/comments/annotations not saving
While reading I can highlight, make comments other annotations etc. But immediately after I click “done” on the PDF (it’s a large academic text) and come back into it, all my work is completely gone. I have tried exporting the pdf with the highlights into the cloud, I have tried sharing it through email, every time I access it back it’s clean without any of my edits. The app didn’t crash at any point. If I momentarily leave the app (without closing it) and come back, the edits will still be there. However, closing the app and coming back to…

Comments disappear on PDF when I send in email
I have to fill out PDF forms for work multiple times a day. But when I send them in an email the recipient can't see any of the comments or signatures. When I pull it up on my iPhone or iPad it shows the comments and signature I entered. I have been doing the same process for over a year and just recently ran into this issue. It's really frustrating because I can't get paid unless these forms are sent correctly.

Find in document doesn’t work
The app doesn't recognize any text in few documents in app but the desktop version easily does that. Other pdf reader including ibook were able to read and find the text in that particular document. But the adobe reader wasn't able to that. Few of the such documents were converted to pdf. However, the app is up to date.

Can’t Upload pdf to adobe cloud since from iPad since I updated acrobat, but I can from my kindle
I updated Acrobat on my iPad a few weeks ago and haven’t been able to upload anything from the document cloud from my iPad since then.

Request for payment won’t go away
I paid 69.99 for PDF pack for and 23.99 for PDF export, but I still CANNOT ACCESS FEATURES SUCH AS COMBINE FILES.
The app keeps asking me to pay again. I press the pay again option and get message that I have already subscribed. I can’t get out of this error loop! The blue star next to “combine files” won’t go away. I just cancelled export to see if it would help - nope.2 votes -

Can’t sign
Since update 19.06.00, I can’t seem to sign my documents. I created them, they are not from some outside source with restrictions. I’ve been doing my work on acrobat everyday for the last 9m, no problems. I think it has something to do with this latest update because my problem started right around this time. I use my iPhoneX, haven’t tried on any other system yet.

action not allowed
Trying to open .PDF file with adobe reader app in iOS 13.2. The file is stored in iCloud files. I browse to the file ad try to open it and Reader responds with a dialog that says: “Not Allowed: your organization only allows you to open work or school data in this app.” The phone is a brand-new iPhone 11 owned by me and I don’t currently work for any organization or attend any school that should restrict my access to my own documents on my own phone.

text search for Acrobat on IPad stopped working
19.04.00 (20190411.111013). typing a search term in the Q field stopped working. I get no results on any pdf. Worked previously.

Clear ScanされたPDFが、Acrobat上でMarkerなどに反応しない
Clear ScanされたPDFのうち、特定のページのみ、iOSのAcrobatでマーカーや下線、取り消し線などの注釈が無反応となります(ただし、ペンによる自由書き込みのみ対応)。
当初はPDFデータのバグを考えましたが、他のリーダーソフトなどでは正確に反応することからも、Acrobatのアプリ上の欠陥と思われます。
なお、合計3台のiPadで試しましたが、いずれも特定のPDFデータの特定のページについてのみ、同様の現象を確認しました。3 votes -
crashes & print problems
Acrobat (iOS) 19.06.02, since several days (?!?) - I don’t know exactly, about every 2nd or 3rd time crashes when I open a PDF file in Files. No big problem as - with 2 clicks - on “Files” and then the same PDFfile, Acrobat opens. This procedure never failed up to now.
Then there are some PDF files that look good in Acrobat but printing - on an EPSON printer - fails: just headlines and eMail- and URL-links are printed, in wrong colors, ...

Hanging Up when Used Simultaneously with other Apps
After initially opening the app and reading a file, if I switch to another app and reopen Adobe to continue from where I left, it freezes.

Not opening some files IOS
I have failed to open several files on iPad mail recently. The message suggests updates for MacOS orwindows by updating acrobat - nothing about IOS??
