  6. My subscription will not activate

    I purchased premium twice and PDF pack once none of them will activate. I cannot purchase another one it is getting expensive to edit pdf’s. Can someone help?

  7. Verschieben von Dateien äußerst umständlich!

    Wenn man eine Datei in einen anderen Ordner verschieben möchte, dann werden im dazugehörigen Dialogfeld nicht nur die zur Auswahl stehenden Ordner angezeigt, was eigentlich logisch wäre, sondern auch sämtliche am Gerät vorhandenen Dateien. Wozu bitte das? Es kann sich nur um einen Fehler handeln. So etwas kann doch niemand absichtlich programmieren.
    Es ist auch kein Buchstabenregister vorhanden um schnell durchs Alphabet navigieren zu können, stattdessen muss man "ewig" lange scrollen, je nach Anzahl der vorhandenen Dateien. Ich habe immerhin 800 davon, da kann das dann schon ganz ordentlich nerven.

  9. Acrobat Reader comments only viewable on mobile, not desktop

    Hi-

    When one user posted markups and comments on a PDF file, the two users who review was sent to could not view the comments on desktop, only on mobile. We could view red markups, but not the comments. We could view the comments on mobile. Here's a link to the file.   10. Problem with flipping pages in iPad 6th gen

    I have been using adobe reader with iPad 6th gen, lately have not been able to flip pages smoothly, they get stuck midway. It doesn’t happen with other apps like iBooks.
    Tried uninstalling and install. But still the problem persists. Adobe version i am using is 19.09.02 (20190917.164021).

  14. Account not updating/uploading

    I have two phones with the acrobat app, same account on both. My problems is that my accounts are not syncing/updating, so the files on one of my phones differs from the other. Help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

  15. Folder has disappeared

    After renaming one of my folders, it has disappeared in the App. Can still see it on the document cloud website. And if search for a file in the app that is inside the disappeared folder, i can find that file, but otherwise i can’t see any of them, as the folder doesn’t show up...

  16. DO NOT RECOGNIZE FILES

    After receive a .pdf file through email or WhatsApp do not recognize as a .pdf file. Using IOS 13.1.2. Suppose to recognize and open the .pdf file. Do not recognize and will not open.

  18. Forms not autoCalculating

    Several forms I’ve been using have worked fine for several months with auto calculating in the spreadsheet, but as of September it doesn’t work, updated app, updated iOS, redownloaded adobe acrobat, redown loaded the forms, all have not fixed it, it does work on other PDFs reader apps, but I prefer adobe. Any ideas?

    Dopo l ultimo aggiornamento dell app di Adobe reader e dell aggiornamento di iOS 13 per iPhone , non si riesce più a modificare un file pdf importato da Dropbox , da sempre un errore . Help
