Canot see PDF in my phone shared by the cloud
Hi there, from my computer, I downloaded a PDF from the government’s website, because is important, I uploaded to the cloud, I opened Acrobat App in my phone, I see the file, I click but I cannot see it.
In the first message you see the same thing I have send in the picture.In the second message that opens up just after, is the classic advising window from apple, The message say that I need to install “Adobe Acrobat DC”
I tried to download other Acrobat apps but, I don’t believe that I have to pay as you propose…

Highlighting results in dropped pages
Whenever i highlight sentences, i soon find (not immediately) that a page of the pdf i am reading has disappeared. Multiple highlights = multiple lost pages. Never happened with previous versions of adobe reader. Closing and reopening the pdf does not change this, pagesremain lost from view. Any ideas why or how to get pages back?

It can't install on iOS previous versions
It's cannot installed on previous iOS versions unfortunately.

The current minimum iOS requirement for Acrobat Reader is iOS 11.2. If you have an older iOS version, you will not be able to install the latest version of Acrobat Reader.
Here are a couple of options that you can try.
(a) Update iOS on your iPad/iPhone
If you have a relatively new iPad/iPhone (e.g. iPhone 5s/SE or later OR iPad Air 1st gen. or later), you should be able to update to iOS 12.1. After updating iOS to the latest version, you can now install the latest version of Acrobat Reader.
(b) Download the last compatible (not the latest) version of Acrobat Reader
When you go to the App Store app on your iPad/iPhone and try to install the latest version of Acrobat Reader, do you see the alert with the title “Download an older version of this app?” and the Download option?
