View web based PDF on iOS device
We use a website featuring a chat board where helpful articles are attached in PDF format. They are accessible from a Windows PC browser where you can open the document in Adobe. However, using iOS iPhone or iPad and the Safari browser’s internal PDF viewer, the document opens but it is unreadable, the text is garbled. You can move the doc to iBooks but the result is the same. Is there a way to add Adobe capability while using the Safari or any other iOS browser?
For what it's worth you get a similar experience in Windows using the Firefox…

No longer able to create folders
With the new update, which is less user friendly in my opinion, I can no longer create folders and group PDFs in that folder. I was able to do this previously, before the update. If there’s still a way to do this, please inform me.

Reader Extended Docs - Unable to draw
Prior to latest update we were able to use the drawing tools on documents that were saved as "Reader Extended PDF's." After this update we do not have the blue comment icon on the documents when viewed on iPhones. If the document is not saved as reader extended, the icon is there and functioning.

To turn a document to PDF, you could use our ‘Create PDF’ feature. You can find it under context board (…) right next to document name, and you can also find it when your document is open. Let me know if you can’t find it.
Similarly if you open that (…) context board, you will see ‘Share’ button too to share via email.Thanks,

Ability to rotate text on fill in horizontal forms
Currently when working with horizontal forms my latest updated Acrobat DC on iPad Pro will not allow fill in text. Is there a work around?

Don’t flush cache for Dropbox files
For files in Dropbox, there is an icon with a cloud and an arrow pointing downwards, which allows me to download a offline copy that I can open later. This feature is similar to that of the iOS built-in “Files” app. However, for certain large pdf files, the Acrobat app sometimes re-displays the cloud icon next to the file’s name after certain period of time, requiring users to download it again (but being large is exactly why I need an offline copy!). Unused line at the top
On the iPhone X/XS, there is a thin line at the top-most part of the screen that is visible when viewing PDFs with photos or any non-white page in continuous mode. I think the display area size needs some fixing.

Black spots
Black spots appearing. Never had such problems. Will not continue using adobe if this bug is not fixed
