2. When using JAWS, opening an untagged PDF attachment from Thunderbird , the "reading untagged document" dialog is not always focused

   Windows 10 Home 10.0.19044 Build 19044.
   Thunderbird version: 91.11.0 (32-bit)
   JAWS Version 2022.2206.9 ILM

   Preconditions:
   Configure Thunderbird to use Acrobat Reader DC rather than its internal PDF viewer:
   In Tools > Preferences > Files and Attachments, for Portable Document Format (PDF) choose Use Adobe Acrobat DC.
   inbox contains a message with a file attachment of an untagged PDF document.
   JAWS running.
   Steps to reproduce:
   Open the message.
   Open the attached file (Message > Attachments > Open).
   Actual: Acrobat Reader appears, JAWS is focused on the document, the JAWS virtual cursor is active and there is no text to read with the virtual cursor. The Reading Untagged Document dialog is not spoken by JAWS.
   Expected: the Reading Untagged Document dialog is spoken with focus on the Reading Order combo box.

   Note: saving the file and opening it from File Explorer seems to work properly.

   Acrobat Reader opens and JAWS is focused on it with the VC active. Inspection with Script Utility Mode (JAWSKey+Windows+NumpadMinus)shows that the dialog appears at the top level (although it is not).
   From the initial focus ascend the tree with Shift+F2 to the top level.
   Set to speak window class (F3) and tab left encountering:
   AVLAVWindow
   AVLAVWindow
   AcrobatModelessParentWnd Exiting the window tree for the currently active application

   32770

4. Quick Print opens adobe acrobat gui - Bug

   While using quick print in outlook, adobe acrobat reader dc opens a new window. It's a minor bug but it gets annoying after a while.

   steps:
   1. Rightclick on the attached pdf in outlook
   2. Click Quick print.
   3. The attached pdf file should open in adobe acrobat reader dc, then close and the adobe acrobat reader dc gui is left open on the screen.

   The laptop is running windows 10.
   The adobe acrobat reader dc is: v. 2022.001.20169 | 64-bit

5. Ensure interactive features of a PDF document works when being viewed through a browser

   This issue happens with keyboard-only and screen reader users.

   When exporting, saving or publishing a document as a PDF, the interactive features within that document (such as hyperlinks) don't work when the PDF is viewed in a browser (any browser). The only way an interactive PDF works as intended is when it is opened with Acrobat Reader.

   There must be an issue between the interactivity within a PDF and how browsers render that PDF document for accessibility. Can this be fixed so it doesn't matter whether a user has Acrobat or uses a browser to view a PDF and interact with it?

   Hi, I want to suggest that you make the 'Comment' icon and the 'Add sticky note' icon different. They currently are both the same (speech bubble). And, even more confusing (to me at least), is that, if you click the "Add sticky note" button and add a note, the new note is colored yellow--and that new note now looks just like the OTHER icon ('Comment'), which is also colored yellow. For those of us who mostly use visual cues in software, this is confusing. It's highly unusual in good software today, to have the same icon on the screen in two different locations, and those icons don't mean the same thing. Thank you.

   Have an option or a call switch that can be made so that when a file loads it can simply close the file and not save it if the ADOBE is closed?

   We print labels and the user does not want to save the labels - merely print them so they would like to be able to see the labels and print then and then close the Adobe and not have to cancel the save.

    I have noticed recently that the copy text function when copying some text from a PDF document doesn't work or fail to work properly after you send the computer or laptop to sleep and you wake up the computer / laptop from sleep, and the only way to get it working again is by closing down Acrobat Reader and then restarting up Acrobat Reader again.

20. Protected Mode prevents opening Links to PDFs on DFS

    Linking in the PDF to another PDF on the DFS doesnt work. Acrobat Reader Resolves the Path right because the Security-Warning shows the path behind the DFS.

    When opening the PDF from the UNC path the links work

    After disabling the option "Enable Protected Mode At Startup" the link works from the DFS too

    Adding the Servers/Domain Name to the Trusted Sites doesnt work.
