Bug when updating with Cyrillic and other non-Latin usernames in Windows
This problem also seems to affect languages other than Latin (Japanese, Chinese, Greek etc.).
If a Windows user name (and its folder name too) contains Cyrillic characters, they are not recognized correctly when updating Acrobat Reader. In some cases, this may result in a folder named "????????" being created in the C:\Users folder.

We have been doing some testing with PDF collaboration in Teams via adobe (https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/microsoft-teams.html#:~:text=You%20can%20collaborate%20on%20PDFs%20using%20Adobe%20Acrobat,an%20adaptive%20card%20for%20real-time%20collaboration.%20More%20items). Currently, we have no way to manage unlicensed users in our account/tenant due to SCIM. We have found that a license for adobe is not required to collaborate on PDFs in this fashion. After the Windows September 2023 updates (Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.2283) I started getting the message "Acrobat quit unexpectedly" message.
I get this message several times a day.
I get the error even if I do not do anything related to Adobe Reader DC.
I have a feeling this is related to the "Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer". I am saying this because if I turn off that setting, I do not get the error.
I tried the troubleshooting steps but that did not help.

The shell command Print does not work.
(The O/S is Windows 10 or 11)I found the command option in the registry at
HKEYCALSSESROOT\Acobat_Document.DC\shell\Print\command"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" /p /h "%1"
So, I tried executing the command in the command window as follows.
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" /p /h "D:\Temp\test.pdf"
But nothing runs.
If I open the Acrobat Reader program and select 'File' > 'Disable new Acrobat', the above command will be executed normally and printed.

All Tools - Can't be set to stay closed
All Tools automatically opens when a pdf is opened. Meaning to read it in full view you have to close it every time. This is extremely annoying and makes me not want to use pdfs as much. There should be a setting to have it closed by default. And the "Remember current state of Tools Pane" has no effect, seems to be a bug.
