2. Got problems after updating to 24.002.21005 version

   Since updating Reader to version 24.002.21005, some PDFs or PDFs from clients have been displaying font issues. However, the same files open correctly using other programs (Acrobat Pro, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, PDF Xchange, Abby, etc.). Please help us identify and resolve this issue, as it greatly affects us. 5. BUG: Cannot scroll comments

   When entering a comment I am NOT ABLE to scroll the comment.

   On Win10 PC Acrobat DC version 24.002.20933 scroll was working OK.

   On the new Acrobat DC version 24.002.20965 - Scroll broken again

   Note: I can scroll by dragging the scroll bar.
   BUT I cannor scroll using any of the scroling controls,
   viz< Up arrow, DOWN Arrow , Numpad 7 HOME , Numpad 1 END
   Numpad 8 Line Up , Numpad 2 Down Line,
   Numpad 9 PGUP, Numpad 3 PGDN
   and also NOT ANY of the CTRL&xx functions.

11. Acrobat Reader no longer closes after executing print command

    This bug has been reported before. It was claimed that it was fixed in version 22.2.20191 (see this discussion: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/adobe-stays-open-after-quick-print/td-p/13068306), but we can still reproduce it in current version 23.8.20533.

    The problem is that when a print command is issued to Acrobat, the application opens, prints, but does not close again when printing is finished.

    We have a customer needing to print batches containing hundreds of documents. Because Acrobat misbehaves, a batch will get stuck whenever a PDF is encountered. The only work-around we found in Acrobat is to manually close the application after each print job. Of course it is highly unpleasant for the user to click so many times in a process that is supposed to proceed without user intervention.

20. Pages not fully loading in latest Windows 10 version

    Pages do not fully load when using Windows 10 and latest version of Adobe, Adobe locks up and Windows 10 reports not responding, v.2024.004.20220 when using the "Execute a menu Item" script. Pages load properly in Windows 11, not tested other OS's. Pages also load ok when loaded direct from the disk.

    We are using a menu pdf menu system and within this we open other pdf files, Code we use is

    Execute a menu item
    - Go to page in another document
    - file path/name
    - page 1
    - zoom level fit page

    Problem is probably caused by a recent MS patch
