Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, please provide the steps of your workflow. Are you trying to open the PDF document under Documents tab / 'Your documents', or are you trying to upload the PDF document via one of the E-Sign tools?Regards,

After further analysis, were you logged in with your personal-profile or the business-profile? Please check, and try to log out and log back in with your business-profile. There should be an option to select a profile after you have entered user/pwd and proceed -- choose your company/business profile.Regards,

Please provide additional information, a screenshot showing the issue will be great (if possible). Are you trying to request signature via the web or desktop app? It will be great if you could provide the steps/workflow that lead to your issues: (1) when you don't see "add signature" option in your workflow, and (2) when you see the error message that the "Request e-signature services aren't available."Regards,

When signing do you see the option to select the language on the left-bottom corner of the page/form - see attached image?. If you do, please try it out and see if that helps. If you do not see it, please provide us additional details on your workflow, such as the steps that you are performing and at which stage you would like to see in the desired locale.Regards,

At the Home page, please select the "Documents" tab. Here you will see your documents or agreements. On mobile devices, tap on the menu-icon shown on the left and select "Documents" in the list.
