Has the PDFMaker Crashing MS 2016 and MS Office 365 Issue Been Fixed?
Has the issue with PDFMaker crashing with Office 2016 and Office 365 on Windows been fixed? The workaround provided in your article acknowledging this issue (see link below) did not suffice, and we had to remove the Acrobat plugin from our MS Office 365. In so doing, we lost the added bookmarking features available via your plug in. The rules for California Court Filings require bookmarking, which that plug in helps automate.

Hi
This issue has long been resolved from Microsoft’e end. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Acrobat and Office.
Thanks

So I'm working late and get a notice there are office updates available. I take a break and run them. When I come back I can not print to Adobe PDF because Word crashes. Before the update this worked fine, now I can't do what I was doing 30 minutes ago. Acrobat DC and Office show that there are no updates available so they're both up to date. It seems like every few months I have this same issue and it's getting extremely frustrating. It's always fixed with the next Acrobat update.

Its Jan 2020 and the issue is till here. We are running Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin for Acrobat 2017 AND Outlook 2016 from Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016. After Quick printing 2 or 3 Emails to PDF it stops working. We believe it is a memory leak or the 500M issue, but the only was to get it to work again is to Close all adobe windows and Outlook and then relaunch. Every now and then that doesn't work and we have to reboot machine. The only answer I have found is to Upgrade to all the latest versions. Why would we update to a newer version when we already purchased the versions we have and they have NOT been discontinued. Isn't Adobe supposed to support their applications?

Does anyone have a solution? I´ve tried the solution but no, Outlook keeps crashing.

Doesn't look very resolved..... Acrobat DC is open and word crashes with the message you see. Oh, and yes I followed the textbook response and made sure i am on the latest version of office.
