Hello,
It is very easy to prove this problem, the steps are:1) In Outlook 2016, send an email from address A to address B.
2) In File -> Properties, change the Reply-To address from address A to address C. Send message.
3) When receiving and converting the message in the email box B, the hyperlink of the sender refers to address C (Reply-To) and not to address A (From).I hope it will be helpful to correct this problem.
Thanks. -

Great !!!
In the latest version 2019.008.20071, the problem described has almost been solved. When converting to PDF, the name of the sender appears as a hyperlink to your email address. In some cases, I have seen that the hyperlink refers to the "Reply-To" field of the email source code, and not to "From" (as it should be).
If you fix this bug, the problem would be solved and it would work again as in the XI version and first DC versions.
Thank you.
