    Hi,
    Thanks for reporting the issue. I checked this thread and found that the issue has been fixed a while back, however, thread was not updated. Can you please update your Acrobat version to latest and confirm.

    Thanks Timothy for sharing your concern. I checked Keyboard shortcut helpx article - https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/keyboard-shortcuts.html for Acrobat and there were no mentions of Command+Shift+C

    Please help us with version of Acrobat, where command+key for crop were working.

    Could you please share how did you apply password to the document?
    What version of Acrobat was used to apply password? Is it Document Open password or, Permission to change the content (editing and printing) known by permission password?

    Please try updating the application to the latest version. In the application, go to Help > Check for updates.

    Please update the application to the latest version by going to the Help menu > Check for updates in the application.

    Hi,
    Patch with the fix is now live. Please refer to the August 22nd update on - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html.

    Fix will be pushed automatically to user’s machine. If you want the update immediately, try “Help -> Check for Updates”, in the product.

    Many thanks with helping us out with the verification and do let us know if you see any issues post the update.
