An error occurred while saving the comment Adminsubrato (Admin, Adobe) commentedThanks Timothy for sharing your concern. I checked Keyboard shortcut helpx article - https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/keyboard-shortcuts.html for Acrobat and there were no mentions of Command+Shift+C
Please help us with version of Acrobat, where command+key for crop were working.

What version of Acrobat was used to apply password? Is it Document Open password or, Permission to change the content (editing and printing) known by permission password?Regards,

Patch with the fix is now live. Please refer to the August 22nd update on - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html.
Fix will be pushed automatically to user’s machine. If you want the update immediately, try “Help -> Check for Updates”, in the product.

Thanks for reporting the issue. I checked this thread and found that the issue has been fixed a while back, however, thread was not updated. Can you please update your Acrobat version to latest and confirm.
