Hi Kevin,
I checked your subscription status and it seems normal at our end. And I see you have two machines activate with this Adobe ID. Would you let us know the current status at your end?
Thanks,
TariqAn error occurred while saving the comment AdminRavi (Admin, Adobe) commentedHave you purchased Acrobat Subscription? If yes then you won't get a key and signing in with your Adobe ID on which you have purchased subscription should activate the product and no key is required.

You can try installing the French locale for Acrobat.
Go to Add/Remove programs in control panel
Select Acrobat DC and click modify
Select the French language to install
After successful installation launch Acrobat and select app language as French in preferences.Regards

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRavi (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi,
You have purchased two perpetual serial keys and one subscription that means you have two serial keys and one Adobe id having Acrobat subscription.
Download Acrobat (serialized version ) from https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html install it and put in the serial key you have when prompted. After successful installation. Acrobat will ask for registration on launch, register with an Adobe id not having Acrobat subscription, if you use your Adobe id having Acrobat subscription in this case then Acrobat will run on subscription license only and not on perpetual.
For Subscription download Acrobat DC from https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html and sign in with your id having Acrobat entitlement.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRavi (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi Georgia,
Could you please confirm if you have Acrobat serial key or Acrobat DC subscription? If you are running Acrobat only on trial then this is the expected behavior after trial expiry.

Have you used Acrobat DC trial on this machine earlier ? You can't get free trial if you have used it in the past on the same machine.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRavi (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi,
Thanks for reporting the issue. As per current design there is no provision to copy the invitation mail to anyone else other than intended user. We can surely revisit this approach if we here more requests.
Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRavi (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi Sudhir,
Do you have an Acrobat DC subscription or a serial key?
I would recommend you to uninstall Acrobat DC from your machine and download and install Acrobat DC from this location. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
After install you have to register the product once by signing in with your Adobe ID when prompted
on launch.
Hi Austin,
Have you checked your spam/junk section?
Could you please let us know are you trying to sign in in Acrobat or on Adobe.com?
