error using acrobat during free trial
I downloaded the free trial and in the browser, it tells me I have 6 days left in the trial, but when I open the program on the desktop, it tells me that my trial expired.

I am having a similar problem. I started the trial last night, and it worked fine. I closed Acrobat and shut the computer down overnight, and now the trial doesn't work anymore.

I'm a multi year monthly subscriber w LR, PS. I had a similar issue, w/days left in trial, and lost three days of work invested with the Acrobat trial. Worst loss of time in decades of using computers.

Have you used Acrobat DC trial on this machine earlier ? You can't get free trial if you have used it in the past on the same machine.
