Assign licences to Computer names not email addresses!!
Allow IT managers to assign to computers not email addresses. You do not install to an email address you install to a computer. multiple people use the same computer. The work around using gmail aliases is stupid...I then have to manage user alias or gmail accounts now too. The administrator should have all the control over all the licences and installations. Users don't care. Users do not understand. They just get fed up and stop using the software while I continue to pay the licence. I should be able to assign 50 computers using my admin email so I can manage all the installs. If a computer fails, I should be able to remove it from the system without disrupting other installs.

Ravi, this is a great solution. Too bad it is buried in links and menus and not easy to find. This is the way I used to set up all computers, but adobe has not made it easy to find anything on their site. It is like falling down a rabbit hole and all roads lead to the evil red queen.

Hi,
If you want device based licensing where license is tied to a machine and individual users don't have to sign in, you can opt for our Acrobat Classic track and deploy it with a volume serial key.
