I never received my lic key after signing up through my creative cloud.
I checked your subscription status and it seems normal at our end. And I see you have two machines activate with this Adobe ID. Would you let us know the current status at your end?

I have signed in with my Adobe ID and it's not activating the purchased subscription.
Have you purchased Acrobat Subscription? If yes then you won't get a key and signing in with your Adobe ID on which you have purchased subscription should activate the product and no key is required.
