An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJennifer Vu (Admin, Adobe) commentedWe're sorry to hear that you lost all of your progress on your file. Losing work can be incredibly frustrating, especially after spending a lot of time on it. Unfortunately, if you did not save the document prior to the application crashing, it may be difficult or impossible to recover the file.
In the future, it’s always a good idea to save your work frequently to avoid losing progress. The application has Auto Save functionality where it saves information every few minutes and the user can also do CMD/CNTRL + S to manually save their work.
Additionally, we have also requested a new feature that would add an explicit save button for users in Acrobat Web, allowing them to manually save their work at any time. This would further enhance the user experience and provide greater peace of mind, in addition to the existing autosave feature. -
