I agree with everyone. The highlighter tool needs more functionality. Please improve this tool, Adobe!

This appears to be fixed in my version of Acrobat: Adobe Acrobat Pro
Continuous Release | Version 2024.003.20054 | 64-bit.I now see fairly visible (in most files) blue highlights over text that I search for using the CTRL+F Find box.
Can anyone else confirm this?

I agree with @jmhuculak! The highlight is almost impossible to see, and I have excellent vision and large monitors. I have Adobe acrobat Pro DC V 2022.002.20212 64-bit continuous release.

Changing dictionaries would be super helpful! My team uses Merriam-Webster.com for US English, for example. Another team at my company handles translations; they would benefit even more from this feature.

I agree with Jim!
Also, why has this bug still not been fixed?
I reported this almost three years ago! If your UI has functionality, it should (clearly) function.
Jim proposes several excellent ways that this could be addressed.
Please fix this, Adobe!
Thank you!

Bug: Cannot edit the margins when printing "Multiple" in Acrobat Pro.
1. Open a PDF file in Acrobat Pro.
2. Select Print>Adobe PDF.
3. Select Multiple.
4. (Set whatever settings you want, example: Custom 1 by 2.)
5. Click Page Setup.
6. The Margins are fixed at 1" and they are NOT editable.Bug: The margins must be editable. There is too much wasted white space.
Refer to the attached screen shot with notations.

Hi Prashant, I think you've described it exactly as I've experienced it. Too busy to take a screenvideo and upload it to you today, but yours is a perfect description. Example: Select a line in a paragraph and a random graphic on the page also gets highlighted. Ditto with trying to select in tables.

This is critical for me, also! Please prioritize! A picture is worth a thousand words sometimes, and would save endless x-refs to emails or other communications. On long documents with multiple SMEs, this is a big deal!

I agree with everyone! I usually use Snagit to screenshot and use its Grab Text feature, which is very primitive and rarely what I need. It must be edited and takes eleventy-four clicks in three separate programs (Acrobat, Snagit, Snagit Editor). Acrobat should at LEAST be able to do that much! This is 2025. This issue was posted as critical by 17 people over the last 7+ years!
Adobe, keep up on your star, bread-winning product that's falling way behind modern technology. Please!
I LOVE your products, but honestly they are becoming dinosaurs (if not jokes) quickly. I miss the rock-solid FrameMaker, but nobody will use it now because you didn't update it. Everyone is running from your products to other, less-accurate, less-writer- and end-user-friendly products. And the results aren't being consumed by their intended users!
