  3. Please implement a recycling bin for Adobe Document Cloud. I accidentally deleted some PDFs and now I can't retrieve them no more.

  4. It would be great if from within Adobe Document Cloud we could make copies of PDFs. Currently the workflow that was described to me from tech support was that I would have to download the PDF then upload another copy.

  5. Many corporations use One Drive in conjunction with Acrobat and Adobe Scan - currently to move an Adobe Scan PDF to One Drive, a user first saves to their default Adobe document cloud account, and then has to download to their computer, and then re-save to One Drive, which is not a bit user/ customer friendly

  6. When a user is termed the IT department would like to be able to download a copy of all the Document Cloud files the user has created. As the files only exist in the cloud and no local copy is saved this requires IT to download files manually, with a max of 100mb or 50 files. Please allow files to be cached locally (and thus backed up with the PC) or allow user to download a full copy of their document cloud storage at one time.

    Additionally, add a storage used tab in the admin portal so IT can see…

  11. You used to have access to Creative Cloud files when logging in with Adobe ID on Acrobat or Reader (on PC or iPhone). A recent update removed this function. Please bring this back! We like to collaborate and edit/view files from Creative Cloud whether on a mobile device or desktop. Creative Cloud needs to be a "storage account" again.

    We do not keep the file anywhere once it has been deleted. You will not be able to recover the deleted file.

  13. I am signed in and I also tried to do a repair. I cannot get into the document cloud as it says to sign in. The sign in button does not work. The menu sign in/sign out shows I am signed in. Nothing is working and I could really use these documents now.

Heres an idea: make it easy for people to tell you how this products is screwed up. for 4 hours my document cloud storage was disappearing one at a time from my 7 devices. then i couldnt upload anything to my doc storage cloud, now none of its even there! why do i have to chat about that? im furious! why cant i just send a fraggle rockin email about this? then someone send me an email back on how to fix it? i have no time to chat w you while i explain it and you eventually get it.…
