Admin Feature: Download/Cache All Document Cloud Files
When a user is termed the IT department would like to be able to download a copy of all the Document Cloud files the user has created. As the files only exist in the cloud and no local copy is saved this requires IT to download files manually, with a max of 100mb or 50 files. Please allow files to be cached locally (and thus backed up with the PC) or allow user to download a full copy of their document cloud storage at one time.
Additionally, add a storage used tab in the admin portal so IT can see if the user has utilized storage in the first place!
How is an IT department supposed to easily backup the data from a termed user easily if we are limited to 50MB or 100 file download from Document Cloud? This area needs improvement so IT administration can be simplified.

We do not support download of all document cloud storage at once. You need to individually download files. Also, a file is cached once it is opened from Document Cloud.
