Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. The adobe acrobat reader doesn't allow to annotate pdf texts in Microsoft computer, as the app for android phones allows.

  4. How do you extract a single page from a PDF that has over 200 pages? It appears that there is a limit per PDF document that you can upload to the cloud.

  7. The send for signature option in my Document Cloud continues to simply not work (the screen is brief, but it appears to say that "it is not available at this time") I send out several contracts a week, and I have had this problem at all hours of the day. It has been a drain on my productivity and is costing me clients. I love this product, but I need it to work properly.

  9. ITS HORRENDOUS! Its insane how horrible this product is. i HAD BARELY LEARNT WHERE TO FIND MY FILES UNDER THE "MANAGE" TAB. now all of that is gone, without notice! in the new interface, you dont even know who is the one that has signed the document. You should be ashamed with this product. I cant wait to move on.

    What was the reason for the change – specific functionality benefits?

  13. Online Document cloud is ridiculously slow loading.

    • Way too many loading errors. it makes using the platform Extremely FRUSTRATING!

    -Adobe Sign doesn't even load sometimes which ******* me off because I can't get the work done that I need to do.

    We’ve increased the comment size limit to 2,500 characters. Let us know if you find files that reach that limit.

  15. Hi. If I sign my document and send it to another for signing as well, the recipient is unable to sign back as I have already signed the PDF.   16. Why in the world would you make us email ourselves a link to be able to download? And we pay for the service. Then when you try to delete a X you can not do it. Totally disappointing. When my subscription runs out I will be be finding another program to use.

  17. Bring back the Adobe Sign Dashboard. That was a great dedicated contract tracking and managing tool. Tracking and managing contracts is essential to businesses and doing it well can significantly impact profits.

    The "all-in-one" Adobe Cloud tool is vastly inferior to Dashboard for tracking and managing agreements. Cloud eliminates or buries functionality Dashboard offered. Instead of Dashboard’s clean, organized categorization of agreements by status (signed, out-for-signature, etc.), Cloud intermingles critical agreements with insignificant documents.   18. I hate how quickly it signs you out of the program. We need to be able to stay signed in for hours. We use this all day and it very annoying to have to start the program all over all the time!! Please fix this

  20. Hi! I am an Adobe Employee, Emily Jansen. The upload functionality has not been working on Document Cloud for 2 weeks. I keep getting the message "Error Uploading - Timeout or network error". My colleagues have told me that they are experiencing the same issue. I use the Document Cloud to share presentations with customers and this is forcing me to use competing solutions like DropBox. I primarily use Google Chrome as my browser.
