For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The online version is completely unusable. It would not save, and I could not find a way to save it even if I wanted to, which is just terrible design. It is very unintuitive and the top navigation buttons didn't work and when I clicked them it just cleared my work. When I downloaded the offline version it worked just fine.

  2. Adobe becomes extremely slow when opening documents and editing them for any more than 15 minutes. Is there a reason why?

  3. Adobe opens documents however then attempts to login to the site and glitches then closes the document. I have found the only way to open a document is to login then save the document then open it. Very disappointed that I paid a subscription for an extremely glitchy non effective product.

  4. Our clients often don't hit the final 'sign' button as they have already signed the documents. We believe the final 'sign' button would be clearer if it was labelled 'send' (or something like this).

  7. I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

  14. MAY I KNOW WHY ADOBE E-SIGNATURE IS NOT SENDING THE SIGNATURE REQUEST TO EMAIL GIVEN? I'VE TRIED DO MANY TIMES. THIS IS REALLY MAKE ME UPSET AS I'M UNABLE TO RECEIVE E-SIGN APPROVAL AND IT CAUSE DELAY IN MY WORK AS TO DO IT MANUALLY. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS ISSUE BEFORE. PLEASE HELP TO SOLVE THIS A.S.A.P!

  16. Had a recent issue occur multiple times with a document sent for review and signature. The text/numbers change on the signer's end. Only way to catch this is to download the document and reopen it. Anyone else have this issue?

  17. Rarely do I use your E-signature feature that it isn't frustrating. My client gave me an incorrect email address. Today, he contacted me and corrected it, so I added a recipient. IT HASN'T RESENT and there isn't an option to "RESEND".

    Could you please let us know the name of the agreement that you encountered this problem so we can investigate? We checked your recent transactions in November and it seems all have been signed except one that has recipient email bounced.
