For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

I thought I was paying for adobe professional but this acts nothing like it, it's clunky and continues to spin on save endlessly, changes the orientation of my pdfs when i go to edit them and screws everything up. I've wasted the last 4 hours messing with this program to do simple crop and save tasks. What a waste. Forums state there are setting options, but I guess I'm not allowed to access those as I can't locate any options other than a very basic few that have nothing to do with the actual program settings.   2. Surprised to learn that if my subscription allows only two computers to run Acrobat at a time, a third cannot run Reader. That's a step backwards from the old days At least we can now read using Chrome or Edge, but isn't it a bit embarassing to have ceded that field?

  3. Request e-signate button in browser does not work. I tried to contact Adobe support 4 times already, they all are useless. Nobody willing to fix the issue or they say the issue will be fixed and nothing happens. That is the worst experience I ever had communicating with you. That kind of support not acceptable

  4. Button hidden when trying to sign document.

    The language overlay at the bottom of the document is blocking the button that needs to be pressed in order to submit a signed document.

  5. Whenever I am sending a file to be e-signed, the email i initially type in will disappear from the field once I go to type in the person's name! PLEASE FIX THIS! This bug has been happening to myself and coworkers for months now.

  13. Adobe is repeatedly deleting random text. I spent 5 hours yesterday repairing my book, only to wake up this morning to find new errors in different places throughout the document.

    I am extremely frustrated that there is not a clear solution to this issue online.

  16. I am going to start searching for something else. I have never had to argue with AI like I do this one. I just got a response in Spanish and when I asked why, it said it was in English. I asked for the accomplishments of someone that I had a resume on and it said they had no accomplishments which was clearly untrue. I asked for one simple paragraph summary of a document and got bullet points. This just doesn't cut it.

  17. I'm signed in to my Adobe Suite account. I opened the Adobe Acrobat EXTENSION via Chrome BROWSER. I keep on getting random distracting pop-ups / boxes saying "Did you know??? You can work on PDFs directly in-browser" ...

    Did YOU know? This pop-up box literally exists and is happening right now IN THE EXTENSION via CHROME BROWSER.

  19. I just spent 30 minutes manually typing emails into the bulk send screen only to have an error wipe out all of my work. Is there some reason you can't save a DRAFT of our work so I don't have to start from scratch?

    Docusign does this.

    Is there no way to upload a list of recipients instead of having to manually type them in?
