For a new feature request:
- Brief title
- Description of desired feature
- Why the feature is needed
For a new bug:
- Brief title
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
- Expected result

PROGRAM DOESN'T WORK
WHAT THE , I SENT IT FOR SIGNATURE, I GET THE EMAIL CLICK THE LINK AND IT OPENS MY ADMIN PORTAL AND NO WAY TO SIGN THE THING. SO FRUSTRATED I HAVE TO DO THIS YET AGAIN!

Server error - and you're closed?!?!?
I'm really ****** off at you. You took my money, and now that I'm trying to send a document for signature, I'm getting a server error and your support chat is closed. What an absolutely terrible first impression.

PDF Filler download does not include completed fields
When I download the completed form, it just downloads the original form with everything still blank.

Adobe Sign not loading
I have been unable to open Adobe Sign. The loading wheel keeps spinning and never connects.

not able to complete action
I cannot request or send signatures on forms, it instructs me to contact customer service.

Sorry you’re having trouble using the product. You do have entitlements for Request Signatures but there was an issue with processing your recent entitlement changes. It’s fixed now and you should be able to request signatures. Please let us know if you still encounter issues.

I HATE the new digital signature. Bring back the old Digital Signature!
I do NOT like the new signatures in Adobe Acrobat! I do not send items out for others to sign, I digitally sign my own documents and then share them with my team. Please bring back the Digital Signature! I HATE the new way! It is terrible.

Terrible documents view - bring back legacy view
This "All agreements" view is vastly inferior to the previous view. When managing large volumes of documents it is not easy to filter and see which items are pending for myself in date order (previously the groupings were there, and could then be sorted by date). I have many items in the "Waiting for you" view which are actually not waiting for me. Why? They were not listed in the legacy view. This is a total mess!

Not happy with the trial
I've tried to send a contract 3 times, its failed and I got an error message.
I'm now trying to figure out if any of them actually got sent to the client. How do I find that out?
The contract is still showing as draft - does that mean it hasn't been sent out?

Fill and sign off by one error - edits save to previous page!
I can't imagine a more broken experience than filling out an entire gd document and proceeding to the "request signature" phase and then finding out that all my edits were somehow translated up the page. Looks like an off-by-1 error, if any devs read this. that is to say, my edits appear to have saved unto the previous page from where they should have! Super unhappy with this experience. Every time i try to use one of these tools, it does something stupid that wastes mine and everyone else's time. Really really really annoying to experience this every single…

All the products like illustrator photoshop etc are working very well, Adobe Acrobat is really horrible, the layout is incomprehensible, no tools to organise documents in a proper way, the app is even worst than the online, 50£ per month ....

bad updates/changes
the update to the document cloud is really bad and takes the product back 10 years. Please reinstate the old format and stop messing around with the product so many people rely on

Sign app doesn’t work on Iphone
The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro
This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.
The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app

Received technical support last week...unfortunately all three of the adobe e-sign documents that went out could not be processed by client.
