It can't be that hard to compress a PDF
the desktop version made my mostly text PDF look like ****, so I'm trying the online PDF compressor. It's been "compressing" my file for at least 5min...I'm over it! this really shouldn't be so hard.

Fix text boxes
make sure that text boxes that have been entered don't suddenly stop letting people edit them

Compression settings are false / in reverse
Hey guys, you have a huge error in this PDF compression platform.
As far as I can tell, the option LOW actually provides the SMALLEST file size, despite saying the exact opposite right beneath it.
And vice versa.
“High compression” gives me a 4 MB file, whereas “Low compression” gives me a 1 MB file.
Mind blown!! Please fix.2 votes -

change tool functionality
the tool section functionality is HORRIBLE.. since you changed to not having to click the selection each time it is FRUSTRATING to edit the original selection (arrow, line, box, comment).

signature recovery
I have had multiple documents cutoff signatures when E-signing. I am wondering if someone could help me figure out why and get the signatures to show up.

AI? Slow or not working
I attempted to get AI assistant to pricess a pdf , which had less than 200 pages and less than 5MB in side. An hour later It still sems to be running.
Not sure what use this is

FIX YOUR APPS
Your software is *. When I open Adobe Sign the app goes to some stupid web based acrobat that can’t open any files and is useless. For the amount of money I spend on your service it should not be this idiotic or frustrating. FIX YOUR * SOFTWARE!!!!!

Deleting Added Text
When adding text to certain documents, the application will delete random text, sometimes all of it and sometimes just a few letters here and there. It has been a terrible experience when completing multi-page documents.

Slow repsonse!
The response speed of AI assistent is extremely slow!!! I need to wait more than 5 minutes to get an anwser. In some cases, there is no response at all!!!!

tengo un pdf que nesecito terminar de urgencia y el programa simplemente no me permite editarlo, me deja editar otros pero este solo se congela en "preparando archivo", la verdad me haran perder un trabajo por esto. me desuscribo y buscare otra herramienta

Save filled in pdf "bug"
So I filled in a PDF but got something wrong, and now I have to pay to fix what i filled in or do it all again? Nice way of convincing people to join another subscription.
