Misleading Information
You say we can rotate pdf pages for free then don't allow us to even view the pdf without paying 10 !!!!!!! dollars a month? Adobe is such a horrid company, and it should not list misleading information to try and trick people into signing up for an overpriced buggy software subscription.

I cannot combine my files using your free tool because i keep getting the popup that i need to subscribe but it's free so i don't understand why i keep getting that pop up and it wont allow me to bypass to use the tool.

Please don't hang up on your customers.
I was hung up on in chat. See attached. This is frustrating and unprofessional. It only furthers my dislike for your company and your products.

Hours of lost work
My documents didn't autosaved when need and it now i'm backed up hours of work. If anything maybe put on a settings on your open spaced tab to allow us to manually save or automatically save the work after minutes of no interaction.
